NO ADDED SUGAR
We believe you should decide when and how much sugar your eat, so you won't find any hidden in our porridge.
We've used quinoa in our porridge because it's a complete source of protein, which contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.
We've added flax to our porridge because it's a source of fibre, which can help prevent heart disease and improve digestive health.
As farmers, provenance is really important to us, which is why all our quinoa, oats and flax are British.

JEN & ROB
Jen and Rob are farmers up in North Yorkshire who are passionate about farming and living a healthy active lifestyle. Jen used to work in the city and knew the importance of a great breakfast to start the day but found she didn't have time to make her own breakfast and everything on offer was full of sugar or ingredients she couldn't pronounce. Rob suggested using British quinoa, oats and flax to create a healthy and convenient porridge pot and Quoats was born!
Being farmers we know how the importance of a good breakfast - we find if we start the day well we continue that way, from how productive we are to how healthily we eat. That's why we were determined to make Quoats with no added sugar, and as a source of protein and high in fibre - so you know you're getting a nutritious start to the day.
As farmers we also understand the importance of knowing how and where your food is grown. That’s why we've chosen oats, quinoa and flax which are all grown in Britain.
You're most likely to find Rob walking around a field checking the crops whilst Jen is off training for a half marathon. We'd love to hear what you think so please get in touch via our social media (we're @QuoatsUK) or via email (email@example.com) - we look forward to hearing from you!
